The turnout for Math Night on Monday, Nov. 10 at Frank G. Lindsey Elementary School was outstanding, with 185 students from all three elementary schools joining in the fun! The event showcased that math can be exciting, engaging, and full of discovery.

On Thursday, Oct. 9, all Hendrick Hudson first grade students from Furnace Woods and Buchanan-Verplanck Elementary Schools came together for a fun-filled field trip to Outhouse Orchards in North Salem.

After teachers submitted grants, the Hen Hud Elementary PTA purchased new recess equipment for students to enjoy at Furnace Woods and Buchanan-Verplanck Elementary Schools.

March is celebrated across the country as National Athletic Training Month. Hendrick Hudson's athletic trainer, Meg Greiner, has worked with Sailor athletes for nearly 23 years. "My job," Greiner said, "is to be there and help them continue doing what they love."

Hendrick Hudson's annual K-12 Visual Art Show is now on exhibit at the Hendrick Hudson Free Library. The exhibit will be on display from March 28 to April 28 in the library's Community Room and features artwork from students all five of the district's schools.

STEAM Innovation Day returned to Hendrick Hudson High School for the second straight year. The event designed to introduce students, parents, and other members of the community to the district’s vibrant science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics curriculum.
